With 17 years of experience in education, Ashley has served as an elementary classroom teacher, private school learning support specialist, reading and dyslexia interventionist, private tutor, and dyslexia therapist. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to ensuring that all students receive effective, research-based reading instruction, especially those facing literacy challenges.

As a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist, and Orton-Gillingham certified educator, Ashley has extensive expertise in the Science of Reading and Structured Literacy. She employs a variety of evidence-based interventions, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of every child.
