Hi, My name is Lynne Dunn.
I am passionate about helping students learn how to read. To do this, I find it’s important to first develop a good relationship with my students. Next, I work very hard on building up their confidence and helping them feel secure in their abilities to learn. I want them to have a “I can do this” kind of attitude. With these important foundations we can forge ahead together in learning to read and spell with success.

• Classroom teacher for Minneapolis Public Schools for 12 years.
• Tutored over 100 students over the past 14 years.

Education :

• BS in Education from the University of South Dakota
• Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul MN

• Orton Gillingham trained - Levels 1 - 3. Through Orton Gillingham Reading Specialist.
• (Over 600 hours of training)
• On going training on Dyslexia and instruction.
