Hello! My name is Cara and I have been a special education teacher for over 15 years. I am also currently enrolled in my second year of a two-year Orton-Gillingham program to earn my certification.

My classroom experience, especially in special education, has taught me to be comfortable in an environment that is not only fast-paced, but also ever-changing. Additionally, I believe education is individualized, and that strength-based learning is key in developing useful strategies and confidence for students of every ability.
