My name is Leslie Smith and I am a Certified Dyslexia Specialist who turns reluctant struggling readers into passionate bookworms with targeted online Dyslexia Therapy. Then, I add in my "secret sauce" - built in parent training and coaching.

If you want to learn HOW to help your child right alongside them as they improve their reading and spelling, then we would be a great fit!

Here's how we work together:

I'll assess your child at our first session to establish baseline data, identify strengths and uncover gaps in learning. Then at the end of session #8, if your child has not improved by at least one full grade level, your next set of sessions is FREE.

That's how confident I am in the power of literacy intervention built on the steps below, repeated weekly.

1. Each week, I teach one 45-minute online Structured Literacy Lesson which has been carefully crafted to meet your child's specific needs. Your child will interact directly with me in a variety of multi-sensory ways as we work through the lesson, while you watch and take notes. I'll point out strategies or prompts that I want you to watch closely, so you'll be able to apply them with your child.

2. After our lesson, I use my notes and observations to curate and personalize a set of online Practice Games for your child to complete at least 4 times during the coming week. These Practice Games provide the frequent targeted practice that the principles of Structured Literacy tell us is crucial for your child to make rapid, permanent progress.

3. This rapid, permanent progress is solidified by the Shared Parent Activities I provide for you to complete with your child at least 4 times during the coming week. Everything you need for these simple, powerful activities is provided either online or for you to print, and the directions are clear and easy.
