I have worked in the field of Education for over 20 years in a wide variety of settings. My career began with my own children as a Homeschool Educator. When my second child was diagnosed with Dyslexia, I began a journey that led me to teach students with Dyslexia and support parents.

Experience :

• I have worked at Carroll School in Waltham, MA, Friends Academy Sally Borden Program in North Dartmouth, MA, and in a Language-Based Classroom in Hanover Public School. I am passionate about helping families navigate a dyslexia diagnosis. My work with students is based on my in-depth knowledge of the Orton-Gillingham approach.

Education :

• I have an MBA, a Master’s of Education in Moderate Disabilities K-8, I am Orton-Gillingham Certified through the Orton-Gillingham Academy, I have received Wilson Language Certification, RAVE-O Certification through Tufts University, and I have extensive training from the Landmark School Outreach Program related to teaching students with Language-Based Learning Disabilities.

Orton-Gillingham Training Information :

• I am currently working in private practice offering 1:1 Orton-Gillingham Tutoring both remote and in person. I am available for small group instruction, assessment, IEP support, parent education, and teacher training.
