Denise is a wife and mother to 4 children, ages 33, 31, 25, and 22. She has been a home educator since 1995 and has a heart for children who learn differently. She is an Occupational Therapy Assistant and certified in NeuroNet Learning. She received her training as an Orton-Gillingham Tutor from the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education.

Experience :

• In addition to her career as a home educator for nearly 23 years, Denise worked at a local school which specialized in educating children with learning differences. She implemented the NeuroNet program, "Step Up to Learn," at the school, to encourage multisensory activities during reading classes.
