Hello! I am Marissa Truong ("Dr. T") and own a private practice, A First Foundation, LLC which serves to help young children and their families through behavioral, learning, and developmental challenges. I provide one-on-one literacy intervention, educational therapy, and parent coaching. My specialization is in early childhood and my goal is to help children develop a solid foundation of skills to prevent challenges in school and minimize the social-emotional impact.

She is extensively trained in a variety of evidence-based strategies that help children build the appropriate brain connections at a young age for the greatest impact on their success in school and in life. Having spent over 20 years in the fields of education and psychology, she has expertise in early literacy, child development, cognitive processing, memory, and educational assessment.
